Alfonso has organized numerous "Spanish Nights" for the Spanish community to attend NBA and WNBA games featuring Spanish players (Pau Gasol, Jose Calderon, Marc Gasol, Rudy Fernandez, Ricky Rubio, Serge Ibaka, Sergio Rodriguez, Juan Carlos Navarro, and Anna Montañana). In most occasions, it included a post-game "meet and greet" the player and photo-op. Most recently, a pre-game on court "high-five tunnel" was added to the experience.  The groups have ranged from 15 to 250 fans.
